What is it like to live in Premier Deluxe?
Premier Deluxe is a new, prestigious part of Premier Fort Beach in Sveti Vlas, located directly by the beach. The development combines contemporary architecture and new apartments with the surroundings of a well-known coastal complex. For buyers of property in Bulgaria, this means a choice of homes by the Black Sea with access to Premier Fort’s extensive amenities.
Premier Deluxe will offer a SPA area with two indoor pools, a fitness centre, outdoor pools and a water park. A reception, supermarket, shops and snack bar will add to the comfort of each stay. Owners will also be able to use the grounds and amenities of Premier Fort, including restaurants, recreation areas, a children’s club and a seasonal entertainment programme.
The selection includes studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, with spacious terraces and sea views in selected properties. Underground garages and parking spaces will be available as additional purchases. The range of sizes offers options both for a private holiday home and for an apartment prepared for rental.
Premier Deluxe is scheduled to open for the summer 2030 season. The amenities under development are described with the complex’s future operation in mind, while available apartments can already be compared by floor, size, view and floor plan.
